I would ask your primary care physician for a referral to a neurologist. The neurologist can then decide whether you need an EEG or MRI to screen for various problems.
You probably don't have a brain tumor--but there is always that possibility, or some other neurological disorder. I had (and have) similar symptoms as you and I have a brain tumor. My symptoms are much improved after most of the tumor was removed.
When these symptoms start in adulthood (or late adolescence) there is often a lesion causing them.
These symptoms are serious, and they demand a serious medical/neurological workup. Good luck.
