damn i halved my abilify dose (3.75 mg to 1.875 mg) and went from 40 to 30 mg of parnate and now i've lost that constant feeling of motivation to do something .... i can't tell which drug may have caused this, or if its just because i have a cold ... arrg any insights guys?
long version:
i wanted to lower the parnate to see if i could get rid of acne and 30 mg seemed like it would be enough since i was okay on it before (but i think it doesn't work as well the second time... stay on your meds!!) + i'm also taking ritalin this time which should also help keep me feeling happy ...
i wanted to lower the abilify because i found i was a little slower/less creative than other people even though i felt like i was constantly motivated to keep working/doing things (in a good way)
