Was this caused by a combination of medications? I had a similar problem a few years ago. I was taking Toprol XL for high blood pressure and erratic heartbeat. The first year went by with no noticeable side effects. After about 14 months I started to have numbness and stiffness in my arms. Gradually it got worse and worse until after another 6 months I was in pain or discomfort most of the time. I really didn't think it was the medication because I had been taking it for over a year. Then I stopped the medication for 1 week. The pains went away within a few days. It was the Toprol XL.
You seem to still have the problems though mine went away. I don't know the answer is it worse when you excercise? Does excercise help? Vitamin C supplements help the healing process but be sure with your Dr. that taking them is safe.
