I too had a great experience with Ambien. I was on it for almost 6 months straight, and when I was feeling like I no longer needed it - I just stopped. No withdrawal, nothing. I was taking 10 mg initially, and then went down to 5 mg. 10 mg knocked me out flat and I had a hard time getting up in the morning. But, 5 mg worked like a charm. Good luck! A good nights rest makes all the difference in the world.
