My experience has been nothing but bad. I started it 10 years ago to medicate chronic sloeep problem. When I became major depressed about 3 years ago I started increasing the dose to escape the world. Soon I was using it during day as well as night. I finally realized I was addicted and had treatment in January of this year. There is a strong history of addiction in our family but I never thought it would happen to me. I do not mean to imply this would happen to everyone, but do not believe when they say it is non-habit forming. Some of us need to stay far away from this drug. In meantime I still have awful sleep and do not know what to do about it.
