HI Greywolf, no I have never personally taken Stablon (tianeptine). However I have this understanding: It is a serotonin accelerator versus an uptake inhibitor. I do know that it is a French anti-depressant.It's action is the reverse of what an ssri might be. I would post a link to a website that tells you plenty about this drug but Because of Dr. Bob's Rules re: meds that are not approved here in the US I will not suggest the link. What I could recomend is that If you don't live in the US and are interested in this med and it's mode of anti-depressant properties, you can simply do a search for Stablon or (tianeptine) and you shouldget plenty of info on this drug!
