It had totally different side effects. But it wasnt very helpful for me. I had nearly lost my sense of taste etc. In my opinion, this drugs only work for people with too much serotonin and/or dopamine, like alcoholics have when they withdraw from alcohol. It can somehow counteract the rebound effexts seen while withdrawal. For endogenous depressed, its pretty useless in my, amd my doctors, opinion. Some studies say this drug has neuroleptic properties (but not via Dop. blockade), I think via reduced dopaminergic transmission. But no antipsychotic properties. I think if you suffer from panic attacs, it might work for you.
