asking pharmacist a question

it seems whenever i ask a pharmacist a question they rarely have the answer and they are not at all helpful. I have been to many drug stores in my city and everyone the pharmacist seems too busy or just plain dumb. Now I thought they had to have serious training sometimes for up to 5 years schooling, howcome they always shake their head no, when I ask them if they know something.
