>I would go very cautiously/low/slow. In one of the sections of Dr.Bob's website it says the washout period is 5 weeks! I have heard of people having Serotonin syndrome from MAOI after 30 days of being off Prozac. It all depends on your liver.
Two things to remember: The antidote for a hypertensive crisis is primarily nifedipine. The antidote for serotonin syndrome is chlorpromazine(Thorazine/Larcgactil) which can also lower your BP.
