I was on Zoloft up and down from 50 mg to 200 mg. Not good!. Doctor changed me to Lexapro 50 mg (which controls weight better anyway) and I am feeling much better. I do still take Zanac whenever I feel aniety and I take Tranzadone at night because I was having sleep nightmares. The doctor said it was because I wasn't sleeping deep enough. He said no chance of getting hooked on Trazadone either. Tranzadone works great. Only take if I need to. It dosen't knock you out, you just don't remember falling asleep. You can also get up in the middle of the night without falling down if needed. I am feeling so much better now. More positive...and I was pretty far down. I have alot of stress going on in my life, but I'm able to handle it now...at least better than before. I know everyone is different and you need to keep that in mind. When I was on Zoloft 200mg, I had the worst foot twitching than you could possibily imagine. Life is getting so much better now. I get headaches, but they are sinus related. I do get a stiff neck, but I think that is stress related. Trying to think positive has helped. If what you are trying doesn't help, try something else. It will get better. Do not give up!
