Hi Scott,

I'm on 20 mgs of Lexapro and haven't encountered any serious headaches, none that stuck around for very long. If your headaches are caused by jaw clenching you could probably go see your dentist about getting a mouth guard. A mouth guard prevents people from grinding their teeth/jaw clenching.
