That is really great. It just goes to support my belief that many drugs that are usually contraindicated with MAOIs (esp.ly Nardil) are, in actuality, quite safe (with the definite exception, of course, of SRIs, serotonin agonists, and NE releasers/agonists) (even cautious use of NARIs are most likely safe with MAOIs due to in part to their ability to prevent neuronal tyramine storage/uptake!).
Writing to PubMed is a great idea.

Two questions:
1) Do you find that the Remeron counteracts any of Nardil's beneficial effects? i'm wondering since 5-HT receptor antagonists are sometimes believed to counteract a serotonergic med.'s beneficial effects. Also, i feel like this occurred with me to some extent when i took/take cyproheptadine.
2) If you don't mind saying, are you having any anorgasmic difficulties? i certainly am (and only on 45mg Nardil, currently), and i would suspect that the Zyprexa might make it even worse. And i am interested in trying very lose dose Zyprexa (2.5mg is probably all i could handle) to see if its sometimes marvelous-sounding antiobsessional benefits would be present with me. My depression and SA have been greatly reduced thanks to Nardil, but my OC*P*D -type symptoms are still ruining my life, and therapy has not been helping, unfortunately.
Anyway, good to hear the positive news and much thanks for commenting on my questions if you do.
