effexor and welbutren

ok now i have been on these for about 3 months at low dosages 75 for effexor and 150 for well and now i am finding myself passing out getting real dizzy and down i go. i also take adivan and ambien to sleep. anyone have any idea whats going on? i go back to doc on thurs. she is out of town til then so hopefully someone here can help.
