For those of you trying to get off effexor and making the jump from 37.5 to nothing because you can't cut a capsule, DON'T. 25 mg tablets do exist. It is a childrens dose so some Docs may not be aware of it. Also, the 25 mg tabs are easy to split into 12.5 mg doses.
