WAY worse. I could hardly function for about a week and a half. But after the break-in, I felt great. The jury is still out if Lexapro is the answer for me (I have crashed on it twice now) but I will say this, when it was working, it really worked and I hadn't felt that good in a very long time. I felt "normal" again, like I used to feel before all this hit me.

I know this is hard right now. If you can, stick to it! You might find that things settle down and start working out for you with this med.

Best of luck, and post when you feel a difference, I'd be interested in knowing how you turned out.
