Hi folks - I've been on Lex for 9 months. It takes a few weeks to totally adjust. I would say by 7 or 8 weeks most people are sailing along pretty well. Try and take care of yourselves - eat good food, allow yourself enough sleep and drink lots of water (common sense I guess, but it seems to help!). You'll get there, just hang tight!!

I am also noticing that I am irritable, no crying but definitely snapping at my partner and family. I have been on Lex 10mg now for 16 days. I have my fingers crossed that it is going to get better. I feel pretty good otherwise. I take my med before bed, and I sleep pretty much straight through the night without feeling too tired the next day.
