Hi Festus,
My pdoc says some people need to take Concerta twice a day. I dont know if it is common though. I havent seen any posts where anyone is taking it twice daily.

Ive been on Concerta for almost a month. My pdoc and I are still figuring out dosing and what not. Im currently on 27 in the morning.We may have to try 2, 18mgs next. I seem to metabolize drugs & everything quickly.
