I agree...cold turkey is noble, but not practical
after 9 months, let alone 9 years.
Wellbutrin is not the right Med in my opinion...
Prozac seems to work best for most people.
If possible maybe think about satrting back at 150mg of Effexor and then weening slowly from there? Your choice completely though...just trying to help
