lithium or zyprexa? which one has the worst side

affects? i'm on lithium and even on a very low dose of 300mg daily, i'm having side affects. i wear contacts and my eyes are always burning from being dryed out. i drink water so i don't know what's up? plus i haven't noticed any good coming from the lithium. i've been reading about symbyax. i've been on prozac before with some success but i have heard that adding something like zyprexa to it helps it. but the side affects on zyprexa scare me too. any info would be wonderful. thanx.
