It is the weirdest feeling ever and I hate it. I don't remember this feeling on Paxil--only that I felt nauseated for the first week. I don't feel anxious or panicky--just super odd. Does this pass, should I change med's, does my doctor need to know about this. What is acceptable in terms of side affects? Insight anyone?

Personally, I would change meds. I had the same sort of reaction when I tried Prozac, it wasn't for me.
