I am taking a low dose of Zyprexa, and I've gained a few pounds, but I'm not certain it's due to the drug. The Z really helps keep my anxiety under control, so the weight gain is a small price to pay. I'd feel differently if I gained more than 10 lb, though.

I was on 2.5mgs for about 6 weeks and gained 30lbs (nm) twinmom 8/9/04
