But it was only one night without Seroquel. If you can, try again, maybe start with out the Seroquel ever other night so your body can adjust. Or slowly lower your dosages. Gradually ease your body into not taking the meds every night. Just like tapering off of any meds. You can't just suddenly stop taking them. Your body is addicted, and thinks it needs Seroquel in order to sleep. It's okay to take meds for temporary sleep problems, but not permanently. Your body needs to be able to sleep without medication. I think sleeping meds are different than regular antidepressants because of their shorter half lives.

If you're happy taking them forever to sleep, that's fine, but the advice above is for if you want to stop.
