In my opinion, yes. I have a tremendous time reading especially. At best, I don't retain what I read. At worst, I fall asleep. Barring a sleep disorder (like narcolepsy) which might account for it, its probably ADD. I am sure you know this, but stims and Provigil would be appropriate.
