whats better for depression, prozac or lamictal ??

Hi, I take 20mg of prozac and 200mg of lamictal.I still find myself depressed sometimes. Mostly self pity kind of stuff. But i hate crying over not liking myself. I was wondering what would be better, If i asked my pdoc to raise my prozac to 40mg or to go higher with the lamictal?? anyone tried these 2 together or have any input??
