lexapro vs wellbutrin which is better

started taking lexapro 10 two weeks ago thought I was doing better but been having side effects
jaw clenching sweaty palms headaches and days of total despair called doc today she wants to switch me to wellbutin is this a better drug what of the side effects how long till it works does it work hope someone out there has answers because im feeling pretty lost
