Is Effexor habit forming?

My doc was very cautious with my meds. I don't need to be on anything that is habit forming. I am supposed to be on Celexa 60mg, but it costs about 100$ a month. My Lamictal runs me about 200$ a month. Levothroid 20$ and Trazodone 20$ The Effexor would be at no cost to me.
