I use Xanax occassionally, and have been fortunate enough not to feel spaced out when I take it. It's the only benzo I have ever tried, and I find it makes me feel relaxed and somewhat confident. I have a question though. Are all benzos, including Xanax, good for anticipatory anxiety?
