Re: Xanax XR - how to get off?

I've been taking Xanax XR for the past 2 months, but it started causing me headaches. I get bad migraines. So I decided to stop taking Xanax. Now I'm nauseated, spaced-out, can't think, etc.

Have you had drug-withdrawal symptoms in stopping Xanax "cold turkey"? If so, how long did it take for those symptoms to stop?
