Dear Interested
As you probabley know...sudden discontinuing of
Benzodiapenes such as Xanax Xr os NEVER recommended.
You are suffering the withdrawl effects common to those who stop suddenly.
To effectively alliviate your symtoms...you should resume HALF your former dose for a week...then cut THAT DOSE IN HALF again for a week...then stop.

Hope this helps...I know what you are going through.
