Nortriptyline, which I've tried, seems to be about the best of the TCAs in the sexuality department, and clomipramine is probably the worst (I have only read about it). Desipramine is supposed to have a minimum of sexual effects also, but I found that in my own case, it definitely lowered my libido. Protriptyline caused me erectile dysfunction due to its severe anticholinergic effects. I've read that this particular effect is also not uncommon with imipramine, but as with so many of these various side effects, susceptibility varies depending on the particular individual. In general, however, because the TCAs tend to be more noradrenergic than serotonergic, they do not seem to generally cause severe orgasm problems, with the possible exception of clomipramine. Because so many of them are anticholinergic, however, many have the potential to cause erectile dysfunction in susceptible male individuals, and I believe this side effect also correlates with certain blood flow and lubrication issues in women.
