Zyprexa and Metabolic Syndome

Hi,

I've been taking Zyprexa for about 6 months. In that time, I've gained almost 30 pounds and according to my last blood tests, I've developed Metabolic Syndrome.

I don't know what to do. I don't know if this is grounds for stopping this med. If I had to, I don't know what else I could try. Abilify, Geodon and clozaril are out. I can't afford to gain any more weight. Any ideas?
