> thanks rainBenzodiazepines worked very well for me, of course , when you stop taking them for awhile, the sleeping issue again arises. The unfortunate part of taking drugs (legal or not) for issues such as pain, sleep, anxiety, etc. is that they are short term and that you would have to stay on them for a very long time if the issue at hand is a chronic one. So if you are going the benzo route, then I hope you would have enough to last you a long time, and to be careful with them as they will cause withdrawal symptoms at times. I would also perhaps look at an herb that really works a lot know as kava, and to not use the capsules but to use the roots as a drink as it is much more potent that way(and please dearly keep in mind what medicines you are taking with it if you are, and ask your doctor about this, as the kava may conflict or make sedation more strong), you must keep in mind about the kava that it has a reverse-tolerance with many people, in that, you must use it a number of times before you start really feeling the remedial effects of it. And I would like to know, is this sleeping issus of yours indeed a chronic one, has it lasted a long time? I must word myself carefully here, as to not encourage usage, but instead to encourage understanding and knowledge of certain other things like poppy tea, cannibis and the like if you read about those, you must sometimes balance your health and the legalities unfortunately in this difficult life of ours. Knowledge is a very important and delicate thing to respect, it can save your life and also take it away.
