Alexandra- My daughter started taking adderall 17 days ago because her grades were slipping and we were at a loss of what to do. (she's 16) She had trouble sleeping for the first few nights, but after that everything has been fine. She is taking 20mg each morning and I'm happy to say her grades are already improving! She says she can tell a difference, and I notice more motivation in her also. I don't hear her hit the snooze button on the alarm four times each morning anymore!!
Med- I have a question for you.....how do you keep from building up a tolerance to the medication? I have this fear of it not working for her anymore...it's such a great med. I feel like I should hold my breath for fear it won't work someday. -L
