More Hallucinations: When will this end!

Hey guys,
after about a month of being symptom free I've started hallucinating again. And sometimes its really scary. I am so tired of this. I'm on 5mg Abilify and my pdoc recently upped my Seroquel to 600mg. Why is it that nothing seems to work? I supposedly have Bipolar with psychotic features, but I'm wondering if schizoaffective might not be a better fit. Is there any difference in the treatment of the two?
