If you increase your sodium intake, it will help with the nausea. Other than that you can try Gravol (over the counter motion sickness med).

Try the salt first because it will help the Lithium work better. I used to lick the top of my hand and sprinkle salt and then lick it (clean hand first of course and after) as I took my lithium.

Although I was actually throwing up on the stuff. My body didn't like it very much. But hang in there with it.
