Gingerroot is supposed to help with medication induced nausea. Inositol is supposed to help reduce ALL lithium side effects. Both supplements are recommendations as per Dr. Andrew L. Stoll in "The Omega-3 Connection" Table A-1, the guy who pioneered the use of Omega 3 fats for mental illness.
