some people do describe apathy and such with the stimulants...I take 60mgs Adderall/daily myself, and I've found that I'm not apathetic so much as I am better focused, so my emotions are better controlled...if that makes sense, anyway. I really don't know what to tell you...the 1st thing to do is make sure it is, in fact, *only* the Adderall that's doing this. If you're having other problems, it becomes easy to attribute certain problems to meds (especially psychiatric meds). I've done it. The only way to know absolutely for sure would be to do a gradual elimination of the Adderall and then see how you do without it. I think the suggested adderall/dexedrine taper is 10-15mgs every 3 days or something like that.
