Buy a bood pressure monitor and use it for the first little while of the combination.

AS far as serotonin syndrome, do a google search of "serotonin syndrome" + symptoms.


Personally, I would have started on a lower dose of the parnate to begin. I don't know what kind of doctor would launch you on 40mg in addition to the other medication. That is insanity.
