Based on what I believe to have been a hypertensive crisis, you'll feel a god-awful pain in your temples. You will also feel extremely nauseous. Lying down does not help. I was prescribed nifedipine for this, which you have to bite down on and dissolve under your tongue...it tastes bad but does the trick. As for serotonin syndrome, symptoms may resemble a very high fever if I remember correctly.
