Hi Jay,
2mg/day perphenazine is thought to be similar to about 0.5mg haloperidol (Haldol) per day.

I think typical APs are often useful and well tolerated at very low doses, at least in the short term. In the long term, the risk of tardive dyskinesia appears to be very high.
