Desoxyn is the most effective medication for ADHD, but the LEAST used, even in the US.
I have advised people who have asked this question about medicaitons that are not working.
Calming go into the office, discuss the medication is not working, go into detail how it works. Say simply "is there an alternate another medication that is more effective", that the current medication is deteriating in your current work. It may take time, and it may definenly not happen in one session.
