Mirtazapine with Effexor/Venlafaxine-Denise

Hey Denise

I have quite a high opinion of Mirtazapine

I used to use it to help me sleep, now I've developed tollerance which is annoying.
I think its the best sleep med I've used, even better than Klonopin and Zolpiderm.

Last April I became very depressed despite being on 225mg of Effexor.
I added 30mgs of Mirtazapine and felt much better the next day! Calm but stimulated.....
The sense of stimulation wore off, and became slightly anxious on the combo
I dropped the Effexor and still got a decent AD effect from the Mirtazapine

I stopped taking it because of the weight gain, and got nasty rebound insomnia.
I'd still have to recommend the combination
