Normally panic attacks are managed at a limit of 4mg/day of Klonopin but some take higher. The lowest possible is generally best, but your doctor should know how you respond to medications. The main issue is decreased reaction time in driving (at least initially) (and at extreme doses of benzodiazepines, respiratory (lung) depression. Not something though to worry at 4mg typically)
