I was given Clonazepam 2mg tabs to take 1-3 daily 2-6mgs daily for near a year and a half, after trying Xanax (worked great, but short). It worked great first, then took me into a depressed phase (Very common!), and caused excess salivation. A PsyDoc i saw last year said that dose was what he would consider for a hospital inpatient!!. Now tapering on Diazepam.
