Hi Matt
I've been on 4 mg of clonazapam since 1996. Several months ago I decided I would take myself down to 1 mg (slowly) and see if it helps with the depression. I now down to 3.5 mg. It's taken me 2 months to drop .5 mg. So what I am trying to point out is that if you start taking that much, be prepared to have hard time coming off it. Try NOT to take 6 mg.
Remember I suggested a long time ago you look into cognitive behavioural therapy. Have you done that? There are better ways to deal with anxiety than meds ( I am not putting down anyone who takes meds for anxiety.
