Good c ombos or too many meds?

Wellbutrin XL 300mg
Effexor 75mg

at night to sleep:
.5 mg of Klonopin
50mg of Trazodone

I've never had a seizure, but I worry about the Wellbutrin 300mg a day.

I love my Klonopin - don't know if it is enough to lower the seizure risk.

Are these too many meds? Do I have to worry about seizure?
