hey! The seizure risk for the new wellbutrin XL is lower than that of the old-school wellbutrin, or the wellbutrin-SR..basically, you're risk is a little bit higher than the SSRIs (especially since you've added effexor in), but lower than the high-ish .4% risk found with the old-school wellbutrin...when and if you hit the 400s, your risk will jump up a good bit, so do keep that in mind. Still...unless you have a seizure disorder, are withdrawing from alcohol or sedatives, have been anorexic or bulimic, or have some other risk factor (i.e., other drugs that significantly lower the seizure-threshold, like the tricylics), then wellbutrin isn't likely to be a problem. As for the # of meds...thats really a decision for you and your doc to make. Personally, I just dislike trazadone...I find the sleep from hypnotics (ambien, lunesta, sonata, restoril, higher-dose ativan, etc.) to be more refreshing than the sleep trazadone provides.
