Klonopin and Seratonin...

I think I'm going to start up the Klonopin consistently again- I will probably keep it below .5 mg's. ( I usually cut a .5 in half).
Anyway, someone once ( I think Maxime) said that Klonopin affects seratonin. Is this definite?
I don't need anything to mess with my seratonin. It wigs me out.
