Parnate Hypotension Blood spikes.

Hi All.
Has anyone had bad Hypotension (Dizzy & no Blood to the Brain when standing up). And random Blood preasure spikes not associated to Tyramine from taking Parnate?
Dose it get better after a month or so?
It happened to me and diddn't go away after a couple of weeks, but Im thinking of giving it another try.
