> Thanks-and I hope it's all positive for you.I tried the Wellbutrin/Effexor combo. After about 4 weeks, I noticed that I was getting irritable and anything could set me off. NOT GOOD. And the more Wellbutrin I got into my system, the more irritable and "hair trigger" I got. I understand that Wellbutrin is not a good recommendation for those with PTSD. That is part of what I am dealing with. Soooo, now I can honestly say that for me, Wellbutrin added to counteract the side effects of Effexor was not good.
I am back on 225 mg of Effexor with 7.5 mg of Remeron to sleep at night. I take two Effexor in the a.m. and one just before going to bed.
A lot of this seems to be trial and error. Listening to your body and working with your Dr. Because, we all are different! But not alone.
